The Rise of Zeus
Lord Zeus, mighty god of the sky and thunder, is having nightmares. Every night, he dies in a different way, a different place, and at a different time. The only commonality is a name: Basil.
Basil, a twenty-one year old engineering student, is bored. Every day, he attends the same classes, goes to the same dog shelter, and is terrorized by the same Yorkshire terrier. Then Silas arrives. He speaks of adventures and heroics that Basil has only ever seen in movies.
And, most importantly, Silas makes him a promise: Basil will kill a god.
